State-owned telecom operator BSNL has once again launched its popular ₹1 plan, offering customers a unique opportunity to enjoy 30 days of high-speed internet and unlimited calling for just one rupee. However, this special offer is available only to select users.
The ₹1 Freedom Plan:
Responding to overwhelming public demand, BSNL has reintroduced its famous ₹1 Freedom Plan. Through this plan, new users can avail 30 days of benefits including:
- 2GB of high-speed 4G data per day
- Unlimited free calls across India
- Free national roaming
- 100 free SMS per day
The plan provides a complete digital experience at an unprecedented price, giving users what the company calls “true digital freedom.”
Eligibility and Duration:
The offer is valid from 1 December to 31 December 2025 across all telecom circles in India. However, it is exclusively for new users. Customers who already have a BSNL SIM are not eligible to avail this offer.
Previous Launch:
BSNL first introduced this plan between 1 August and 31 August 2025, which proved highly popular among new subscribers. Due to its success, BSNL extended the plan for an additional 15 days, up to 15 September 2025.
Additional Offers:
For students, BSNL also offers the Learners Plan, priced at ₹251, which provides 100GB data, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS daily for 28 days. This student-focused plan is available until 13 December 2025.
Growing Customer Base:
Since the launch of its 4G network, BSNL has introduced several attractive plans to regain customers who had moved to private telecom operators due to slow network speeds. With these innovative offerings, BSNL is witnessing a steady increase in its subscriber base, positioning itself to capture a larger share of the telecom market.
