Who is Shahzad Bhatti – The Gangster Eyeing Lawrence Bishnoi’s Blood

New Delhi: Shahzad Bhatti, a notorious gangster from Balochistan, Pakistan, once a close aide of the infamous Farooq Khokhar gang, is now reportedly operating an international terror and criminal module from Dubai with ISI support. Intelligence sources monitoring his activities say Bhatti is following a path similar to Dawood Ibrahim, aiming to establish an underworld network and instill fear.

Modus Operandi and Intent
Bhatti’s operations include hawala transactions, contract killings, threats, weapons trafficking, and spreading terror via social media. With backing from the ISI, his current focus is to strengthen influence among Indian gangsters and recruit youth through online platforms.

Past Ties with Lawrence Bishnoi
Born in Pakistan, Shahzad Bhatti was once considered a close ally of Lawrence Bishnoi, the notorious Indian gangster. Last year, a video clip of an ‘Eid Mubarak’ video call between Bhatti and Bishnoi went viral, highlighting their past camaraderie.

Rift Between Bhatti and Bishnoi
Tensions escalated after the Pahalgam terror attack, when Bishnoi reportedly threatened terrorist Hafiz Saeed. Bhatti, being part of the Pakistani network, took offense to Bishnoi’s statement, causing a significant rift between the two. Bhatti later declared he would go to the extent of harming Bishnoi personally, making him a major threat in the underworld.

A Growing Threat
Currently, Bhatti is increasingly associated with anti-India narratives. Intelligence sources claim he is now “thirsting for Lawrence Bishnoi’s blood” and had even threatened Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty last year. His name is reportedly climbing the top-wanted lists, making him one of the most dangerous figures in the region.
