
Jaipur, Rajasthan: After a dry spell on 30th January, Rajasthan is expected to witness significant weather changes from 31st January. A western disturbance may bring clouds, light rainfall, and hail in certain regions. The activation of a new western disturbance could also lead to fog in the northeastern districts. The Meteorological Department has issued alerts for thunderstorms and lightning in the Kota division.

According to the Meteorological Department, northeastern districts may experience fog in the early morning. With the western disturbance becoming active, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Bharatpur divisions may see increased cloud cover, along with a possibility of light rain and hail in some areas.
City-wise Forecast:
- Jaipur: The capital currently has dry weather with a cold wave in effect. The minimum temperature today is 10°C. On 31st January, temperatures are expected to rise slightly to around 13°C. While rainfall is unlikely, cloud cover will persist.
- Sri Ganganagar: Temperatures here may remain around 8°C, with no significant change expected on 31st January.
- Churu: The weather in this Shekhawati district is likely to remain stable, with normal temperatures and persistent cloud cover.
- Kota Division: The most significant impact will be seen here. The Meteorological Department has issued warnings for thunderstorms and lightning, indicating potentially severe weather conditions.
Residents are advised to remain cautious, especially in regions expecting lightning and storms, and to follow local weather updates for safety.
