We Carry Both Heart and Firearms”: Ateeq Ahmed’s Younger Son Abaan Flaunts Muscle; Case Registered in Prayagraj

Prayagraj: A video showcasing the swagger and aggressive display of Abaan, the younger son of slain mafia don Ateeq Ahmed, has gone viral on social media, triggering shockwaves from Prayagraj to Lucknow.
Following the uproar, the Dhoomanganj police station has registered a case under BNS Section 353 against Abaan, his associate Hamza, and an unidentified individual based on a complaint filed by SI Abid.

Viral Video Shows Caravan of Luxury Cars

In the viral clip, Abaan is seen riding in a convoy of luxury vehicles, accompanied by a group of young men—an appearance reminiscent of his father’s notorious dominance.
The incident reportedly took place two days ago during a wedding function in the Dhoomanganj area.

A dramatic background audio plays in the video, with lines such as:
“A man’s worth is shown by what he gains from us. We carry both heart and firearms. We never attack like dogs from behind—when we strike, we tear apart from the front. When the storm and we arrive together, we swear we tear everything down.”

The provocative reel has fueled concerns of intimidation and public disorder.

Police on High Alert After Video Sparks Panic

The video has circulated rapidly across social media platforms, prompting heightened alert in the police administration.
Authorities have taken action for allegedly spreading fear and posting a threatening reel with high-end vehicles.

SI Abid’s complaint notes that the video appears to be from a wedding attended by Abaan, where he is seen dining with a group of acquaintances.

Background: Juvenile Custody and Past Cases

Abaan and his brother Ahzam were minors when their father was named the prime accused in the infamous Umesh Pal triple murder case on 24 February 2023. Both were kept at the Rajrooppur Juvenile Home before being handed over to relatives on 10 October 2023, following court orders.
Later, they were relocated to a secure location in Hatawa village under Mugti police limits, where officers continued to monitor them closely.

For nearly two years, the two brothers kept a low profile—until this viral reel broke the silence.

Questions Over Security and Police Surveillance

The emergence of the video has raised sharp questions:
How did such activities take place despite strict monitoring by the LIU and police?
Investigations are underway to determine if there was any lapse in supervision.

Meanwhile, probes continue against several individuals—including a cousin and brother-in-law of Ateeq Ahmed—who are suspected of facilitating financial support to the family.
Allegations include benami properties, illegal land dealings, and funneling funds to Ateeq and Ashraf’s kin even after their deaths.
