Mathura: Premanand Maharaj, the renowned saint of Vrindavan, is known for guiding devotees and resolving their dilemmas at his Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram. Recently, a female devotee from Delhi, actively working to rescue women and children trapped in red-light areas, sought his counsel.
The woman shared the challenges she faces in her mission of giving these women a new life. “I enter the dens in Delhi’s red-light areas to rescue women and their children,” she explained. “I believe this task has been entrusted to me. But whenever my faith weakens and the obstacles seem overwhelming, I wonder what I should do.”
Premanand Maharaj responded with warmth and encouragement: “Your work is truly commendable. Rescuing a soul from a life of exploitation and providing a chance at a new life is invaluable. Do not let your self-confidence waver; it must grow stronger. Chant the name of Radha—this will keep your spirit unbroken. Taking care of others’ welfare is a noble deed; caring for oneself is one thing, but thinking about others’ well-being is exceptional. Keep fighting for those trapped, for God stands with you.”
The conversation, captured on video, has gone viral on social media, inspiring many with the saint’s guidance and the woman’s dedication.
