Meerut, UP: A violent incident unfolded in Meerut’s Teepinagar area late Thursday night after a road accident involving a dog. Deepak Rana, district president of Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKAU) India, was brutally attacked with sticks and flowerpots following an altercation over the death of the animal. The incident, caught on video, has sparked widespread concern.

According to reports, Deepak Rana, nephew of lawyer Jagdish Prasad and resident of Dinesh Vihar Colony, was on his way to a dairy around 9 PM when his car accidentally ran over a dog, killing it instantly. A dispute quickly arose between Rana and the dairy staff and nearby residents, escalating into a violent clash.
