Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Uttarakhand is currently experiencing dry weather conditions, though a slight drop in maximum temperatures has made the daytime feel colder, while minimum temperatures have shown a marginal rise. According to the Meteorological Centre, today’s weather will remain dry, with a further fall in maximum temperatures expected. Some plains may also witness light fog, while frost is likely in the hilly regions.
Temperature Trends Across the State
In recent days, higher-than-normal maximum temperatures had resulted in warm days and cold nights. However, the ongoing decline in daytime temperatures has now made the daytime chill more noticeable. Meanwhile, minimum temperatures have slightly increased, and hilly areas are experiencing biting cold due to frost. On Monday, Dehradun and surrounding regions saw bright sunlight throughout the day, but the maximum temperature dropped by 1°C compared to previous days.
City-wise Temperature Details:

Forecast for the Coming Days
The Meteorological Centre has indicated that dry weather will continue for the next few days, with minimum temperatures possibly rising by 1–2°C.
