Hapur / Hisar, 30 Nov 2025: UP Cadre IPS officer Aashna Chaudhry tied the knot with Haryana Cadre IAS officer Abhinav Sivach on 27 November. While the couple’s love story began during their training, the marriage was arranged with the consent of both families. A grand dinner for guests was hosted on 29 November at Tulip Resort in Hisar.
Who is IPS Aashna Chaudhry?
Aashna Chaudhry was born on 28 August 1998 in Pilkhuwa, Hapur district, Uttar Pradesh. Her father, Dr. Ajit Chaudhry, is a university professor, and her mother, Indu Singh, is a homemaker. Aashna has a brother, Akash Chaudhry.
She completed her schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Pilkhuwa, St. Mary’s School, Udaipur, and Delhi Public School, Ghaziabad, scoring 96.5% in her Class 12 exams. She went on to graduate in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, and earned a Master’s in International Relations from South Asian University, New Delhi.
Aashna is a 2022-batch IPS officer and is currently serving as ASP in Mathura district. She secured an All India Rank of 116 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
About IAS Abhinav Sivach
Her husband, Abhinav Sivach, also a 2022-batch IAS officer, hails from Gorakhpur village, Fatehabad district, Haryana, and resides in Sector 16-17, Hisar. He secured an All India 12th rank in his examinations. Abhinav is currently posted as SDM in Pihowa, Kurukshetra. His father, Satbir Sivach, has previously served as DETC in Gurugram.
The wedding marks the union of two young and accomplished civil servants from different cadres, celebrated with family, friends, and colleagues.
