“Until Hindu Society Stands United, Attacks Will Continue”: Baba Bageshwar Speaks in Vrindavan

Mathura, Uttar Pradesh: Baba Bageshwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, visiting Vrindavan, expressed deep concern over the recent violence against Hindus in Bangladesh and emphasized the urgent need for Hindu unity. He stated unequivocally that as long as Hindu society remains fragmented, assaults on the community and the faith will persist.

Addressing devotees at the centenary celebrations of the renowned Sudama Kuti and the Divine Saints’ Conclave in Vrindavan, Shastri stressed that strength lies in unity. He said, “Hindus must organize themselves to protect their roots and identity. Until unity is achieved, oppression will continue.”

Thousands of devotees gathered to welcome Baba Bageshwar, and strict security arrangements were put in place for the event. Shastri participated in the spiritual festivities, appreciating the traditions of Sudama Kuti and enjoying the ongoing Raslila performances. He highlighted Vrindavan’s unparalleled spiritual significance, saying that the chariot of Raghunath Ji is personally guided by Shyam Sundar (Krishna) here—a testament to the devotion and penance of saints that blesses the town with daily celebrations and the flow of bhakti.

Shastri’s remarks on Hindu unity have sparked widespread discussion in both political and religious circles. Over the years, he has consistently advocated for the cause of Hindu solidarity and the preservation of Sanatan Dharma through his programs. The grand Sudama Kuti event saw participation from eminent saints across India, reaffirming their commitment to faith, service, and protection of the religion.
