After Tej Pratap Yadav was expelled from the family, Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Rohini Acharya has now announced that she is severing ties with both her family and politics.

Now, Rohini Acharya has added fuel to the fire. Through a social media post on X, she declared her withdrawal from political life and her decision to break familial ties. Rohini wrote, “I am leaving politics and cutting ties with my family. Sanjay Yadav and Rameez asked me to do this, and I am taking full responsibility.”

Rohini Acharya has been actively involved in politics and was a candidate from Chhapra in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, where she faced defeat. She had previously experienced tension within the party due to Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Yadav, which Lalu Prasad later resolved. Notably, Rohini had also donated a kidney to her father, Lalu Yadav, highlighting the complexity of personal and political loyalties.
