
Jhalawar, Rajasthan: Speeding on Rajasthan roads claimed more lives as a severe accident occurred near Jalimpur village on NH-52. A Swift car traveling from Jhalawar to Kota collided head-on with an oncoming truck.
The impact was devastating, completely destroying the car. Two people died on the spot, while five others were seriously injured and rushed to Jhalawar for treatment. Among the injured, two remain in critical condition.
All occupants of the car were reportedly on their way to a wedding in Kota. The victims hail from Karalgav village in Mandawar and Bakani areas. Local villagers rushed to the scene to rescue those trapped in the wrecked vehicle. The Modak police promptly arrived, coordinating the transfer of the injured to the hospital.
Authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution on NH-52, highlighting the dangers of overspeeding and reckless driving in the region.
