According to police reports, the tragic accident occurred on Saturday night. The landlord’s teenage son reportedly picked up a .315 bore licensed rifle while playing on the second floor of the house. The gun accidentally discharged, hitting Rishabh Tomar, the 7-year-old son of the tenant, in the head. Family members and neighbors rushed upstairs upon hearing the gunshot but found the child already lifeless at the scene.

Family Allegations:
The victim’s family has lodged a formal complaint, alleging that a second rifle might have been involved during the firing. The police have seized the licensed rifle and are questioning the minor’s father, who works as a private security guard, as part of the ongoing investigation.
