thura Court Reserves Verdict in Case Against Kathavachak Aniruddhacharya for Controversial Remarks on Women

athura, Uttar Pradesh: The court hearing in the case against Kathavachak Aniruddhacharya for allegedly making objectionable remarks about women concluded on Tuesday. The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) reserved the judgment after hearing arguments from both parties.

According to Meera Rathore, district head of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, Aniruddhacharya had previously made offensive and inappropriate comments regarding women. Following this, a petition demanding legal action and registration of a formal complaint was filed against him.

During the court proceedings, both sides presented their arguments. Earlier, Aniruddhacharya submitted an apology affidavit to the court regarding his controversial statements, but the court did not accept it, and the hearing continued.

After hearing the arguments, the CJM noted the seriousness of the matter and reserved the verdict. Both the complainant and the accused now await the court’s final decision.

This case has drawn attention due to its implications on women’s dignity and public commentary. Aniruddhacharya has previously courted controversy for his remarks on relationships, marriages, and love affairs, which sparked widespread debate.
