
Hathras, Uttar Pradesh: A serious road accident occurred on the Agra-Aligarh National Highway-93 near the village of Jaraia Mor, leaving three people injured. Dense fog is being cited as the primary cause of the collision.
Accident Details:
According to reports, a Roadways bus traveling from Aligarh to Agra collided head-on with a Delhi Public School (DPS) bus coming from Sasni to Aligarh. The impact was severe, damaging the front sections of both buses.
The DPS bus driver, Kalvendra, and the conductor, Rohdan Singh, sustained serious injuries, while a 65-year-old woman, Santoshie, traveling on the Roadways bus from Khair, Aligarh, was also critically injured. The woman’s family members stated that they were on their way to Agra to attend a condolence gathering when the accident occurred.

The collision drew a large crowd of onlookers, which temporarily disrupted traffic on the highway. Local police arrived promptly at the scene and, with the help of nearby residents, transported the injured to Sasni Community Health Center for emergency treatment. Doctors at the hospital began immediate medical care for the victims.
The authorities have cleared the accident site, removing the damaged buses and restoring smooth traffic flow. Investigations are ongoing to determine the precise cause, with initial reports attributing the collision to the dense fog and high vehicle speeds.
