Neha Singh Rathore has secured interim relief from the Supreme Court, which has stayed her arrest in connection with controversial comments she made regarding the Pahalgam attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah.
The case was initially registered following her social media posts related to the Pahalgam incident. Neha Singh Rathore had approached the Allahabad High Court seeking anticipatory bail, but her petition was rejected. Challenging this decision, she moved the Supreme Court, which has now granted her relief by imposing a temporary stay on her arrest.
Following the Supreme Court order, Neha Singh Rathore stated, “The Hon’ble Supreme Court has stayed my arrest. I thank the Court for this significant relief.”
The case remains under investigation, and the Supreme Court’s interim order provides her temporary protection from arrest while the matter proceeds through the judicial process.
