Mandla, Madhya Pradesh: In a horrifying incident rooted in superstition, a 19-year-old youth brutally murdered his friend’s mother in Sahajpuri village, Mandla, over suspicions of witchcraft and black magic. The shocking attack has left the local community in fear.

The victim, identified as 55-year-old Phulkali Baiga, was attacked near her home around 7:30 AM on Sunday by Dilip Yadav, reportedly a friend of her son. According to police reports, the accused repeatedly struck Phulkali on the head and face with an axe until she succumbed to her injuries on the spot.
