
Ghaziabad: Homebuyers in Ghaziabad have reason to rejoice as the Siddharth Vihar project is set for rapid development, modeled on the successful New Indirapuram layout. The housing scheme is expected to begin plot allocations soon, with a total of 170 plots being planned.
Modern Infrastructure and Connectivity
According to officials from the Housing Development Authority, Siddharth Vihar will witness simultaneous launches of group housing projects, residential and commercial plots, along with a 4-lane bridge near Hindon Barrage for direct connectivity. One lane of the bridge will be linked to an elevated road, ensuring smooth traffic movement for residents and visitors. Several projects have already received approvals from the headquarters, while some are awaiting final clearance.
Plot Allocation and Pricing
Sector-5 of Siddharth Vihar will see the allotment of 170 plots, which have been RERA-approved. Housing authorities are coordinating with headquarters to finalize pricing, expected by the first week of February, after which registration dates will be announced. Plots have been designed keeping the convenience of all income groups in mind. Property officer P.S. Rawat noted that 3-4 visitors daily are inquiring about the scheme.
Multiple Projects in the Pipeline
“The Siddharth Vihar scheme includes multiple projects, and we are working continuously to ensure timely progress. The Housing Commissioner himself inspected the site last year,” said Ajay Kumar Mittal, SE, Housing Development.
Several prominent builders have already expressed interest in the projects. Sector-7 is proposed for five group housing developments, each covering approximately 4,000 square meters, pending headquarters’ approval and surveys. Meanwhile, Sector-10 is planned to host a commercial market, with around 50 plots sized between 400 to 500 square meters each. The entire project will have direct connectivity to NH-9, enhancing its appeal for future residents.
With these developments, Siddharth Vihar is poised to become a vibrant residential and commercial hub, rivaling the popular New Indirapuram in terms of infrastructure and modern amenities.
