Upon seeing the video, IPS Pankaj Nain clarified that the man was not related to him and directed the Hisar police to take strict action. Following his instructions, police traced the car to Shamsher Singh Sandhu from Jind, a retired officer. The police confirmed that the fine was valid and initiated legal proceedings against the driver.
