Sonbhadra, UP: A bizarre incident has emerged from Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, leaving the family and local community stunned. A man, who reportedly left home to find a groom for his daughter, returned a few days later with a young woman—his third wife. The shocking revelation has now reached the local Mahila Thana (Women’s Police Station).

According to reports, the second wife approached the Family Counseling Center at the police station and alleged that her husband had abandoned his first wife 20 years ago, claiming she was mentally unwell. She stated that she and the husband had five grown-up children together. “Three months ago, he went to arrange a marriage for our daughter, and now he has married someone else. What am I supposed to do?” she questioned.

Wife Initially Reluctant to File Case
Resolving the matter at the family counseling session proved complicated. The wife did not want to file a formal complaint against her husband, but she did seek some form of action. The counselors and police officers engaged in lengthy discussions to reach a compromise.
