Sanctum of Shiva Temple at Shipra Suncity Being Carved from Chinese Marble; Shivling to Be Installed on Magh Purnima

Ghaziabad: Devotees are eagerly anticipating the installation of the Shivling at the Shiva Temple located in Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram. The temple’s sanctum sanctorum is being meticulously constructed from premium Chinese marble and will be adorned in traditional craftsmanship. The consecration ceremony (Prana Pratishtha) is scheduled for Magh Purnima with elaborate religious rituals.

Ward-100 councillor Sanjay Singh said the sanctum is being designed entirely according to Vedic traditions, enhancing the temple’s spiritual grandeur. The ritual worship will be conducted by society members SN Jha and his wife as patrons of the ceremony. A magnificent Shivling, carved from a single carefully selected stone, was brought from Jaipur by the Purva Sanskriti Manch’s Chhath Puja Committee two days after Chhath. The Shivling will be installed following Vedic rites and mantras on Magh Purnima.

Doodhiya Baba Bhairav Idol to Be Installed

In addition, an idol of Doodhiya Baba Bhairav will also be consecrated within the temple premises. The celebrations will include special pujas, havan ceremonies, and bhajan-kirtan sessions, drawing large numbers of devotees. Organizers emphasize that the event is not only a religious celebration but also an effort to strengthen cultural and spiritual awareness in society.

The temple committee has invited all devotees in the region to participate in this grand ceremony. With Magh Purnima approaching, religious enthusiasm is palpable across Shipra Suncity.
