Rampaging Vehicle Hits Several in Indore; Driver Arrested

Chaos erupted near IT Park in Bhanwarkua, Indore, on Monday when a runaway loading vehicle struck multiple people and vehicles, leaving several injured. Eyewitnesses reported screams and panic as the vehicle collided with a car, two motorcycles, and a scooter.

Multiple Injuries in High-Speed Collision
According to onlookers, the vehicle was speeding uncontrollably when it suddenly hit the car first, followed by the two motorcycles and the scooter. The impact caused riders to fall to the ground, resulting in serious injuries to the hands, legs, and head of several victims. In total, four to five people were reported injured, some critically.

Police Respond Immediately
Police from Bhanwarkua Police Station reached the scene promptly. With assistance from beat officers and local residents, the injured were transported to nearby hospitals in auto-rickshaws and private vehicles. Hospital authorities confirmed that the condition of all injured persons is currently stable, and they are out of danger.

Driver Under Suspicion of Drunken Driving
Preliminary reports indicate that the driver of the loading vehicle was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. He was immediately taken into custody and sent for medical testing. The vehicle has also been seized by authorities.

Investigation Underway
Investigating officer Sub-Inspector Dharmendra Singh Chauhan stated that the accident occurred between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. The pickup vehicle was reportedly traveling from Tezaji Nagar towards Bhanwarkua when it went out of control, hitting multiple people. The driver is currently being questioned as police continue their investigation.
