Influenced by icy winds from the Himalayan region, temperatures in the plains have remained below freezing for the second consecutive day. On Tuesday morning, Fatehpur in Shekhawati recorded a minimum temperature of minus 1.9°C.

Residents are advised to continue taking precautions against the harsh weather.
