Jaipur: December is set to be a month of double delight for schoolchildren in Rajasthan. This year, the winter vacation will be observed from 25th December to 5th January. In addition, schools will remain closed on 19th and 20th December due to educational conferences. As a result, students will have only 19 working days in December, giving them ample time to relax and enjoy.
The winter vacation calendar has been officially released by the education department. Traditionally, schools in the state close for winter break after the completion of mid-term examinations, a period eagerly awaited by students. This year, the break will span 12 days, providing students with a long and enjoyable holiday.
Including the winter vacation and the two days off for the educational conference, along with regular Sundays on 7th and 14th December, students will have significant leisure time. Consequently, December will see school in session for only 19 days, allowing children to enjoy a well-deserved break.
