Rajasthan IPS Dinesh MN Issues Stern Warning Ahead of Delhi Posting: “Final Destination for Criminals is Bullet or Jail”

Sikar: Rajasthan’s formidable IPS officer Dinesh MN, widely regarded as the state’s “Singham,” has issued a strong warning to criminals ahead of his expected central deputation in Delhi. Known for his tough stance against organized crime, Dinesh MN emphasized that the law will now catch not only criminals but also their collaborators, informants, and aides.

A 1995-batch IPS officer and currently serving as ADG (Crime), Dinesh MN has requested official permission from the state government to take up a central deputation. Once empaneled for ADG rank at the Centre, he is expected to handle major responsibilities in Delhi.

Warning to Youth: Crime Leads Only to Ruin

Addressing young people, Dinesh MN cautioned against glorifying gangsters, citing examples like Anandpal and Raju Tehth. “The ultimate destination in the world of crime is either a bullet or jail. Promises of sending criminals abroad or earning millions are just illusions. In reality, criminals and their associates rot in jail,” he said.

Seizure of Criminal Assets Under New Laws

To curb organized crime, Dinesh MN highlighted the use of new legislation enabling authorities to seize movable and immovable assets of criminals. Even properties held in the names of jailed offenders are being tracked and listed. New recruits to gangs are being promptly identified and arrested.

Collaborators Also in the Crosshairs

Dinesh MN made it clear that anyone facilitating gangsters—whether by relaying calls, issuing threats, or acting as intermediaries—will be identified and arrested. Strict action will also be taken against those involved in drug trafficking and sales.

Cracking Down on International Criminal Networks

Special strategies are being implemented to dismantle the entire ecosystem of criminals operating from abroad. Over the past year, Rajasthan Police have successfully brought five criminals back from foreign countries, including Aditya Jain from Dubai. Efforts are underway to repatriate Amit Pandit and Jagga Durgat from the USA, and Amarjeet Bishnoi and Sudha Kanwar from Italy. Dinesh MN noted that these criminals are wanted not only in Rajasthan but also in Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi, with the National Investigation Agency actively pursuing them.

Dinesh MN’s assertive approach has reinforced his reputation as one of Rajasthan’s toughest crime-fighting officers, sending a clear message: lawlessness will no longer find safe havens, either inside India or abroad.
