Noida Housing Society Tightens Security: Vehicles Without Parking Stickers to Be Fined and Wheel-Locked

In the wake of the recent bomb blast near Delhi’s Red Fort, housing societies in Noida have begun strengthening internal security measures. As part of this drive, the Amrapali Centurian Park Low-Rise complex has enforced strict parking regulations for vehicles entering without a valid parking sticker.

According to the Apartment Owners Association (AOA), any vehicle parked in the society’s open area without a sticker will be allowed to remain there for only 30 minutes. Beyond this limit, the vehicle will be wheel-locked and a fine will be imposed. Visitors of flat owners are exempt from this rule. However, the action will apply to flat owners who park their vehicles in the open area without purchasing a designated parking slot.

₹200 Per Hour Fine for Violators

AOA legal advisor Amit Gupta informed that the society houses over 600 families, and parking stickers have been issued to all residents. For unidentified or suspicious vehicles, new rules have been implemented to ensure safety.

Vehicles without stickers can remain in the open parking area for only half an hour. After that, the security agency will impose a fine of ₹200 per hour. Just two days ago, fines were issued on six vehicles found violating the rules.

Visitors arriving to meet flat owners will be granted a time window, while residents with stickers are expected to park only in the basement parking, not the open area.

Why Strictness Was Needed

  • Time limit fixed for vehicles without stickers in the society.
  • Open parking allowed only for 30 minutes—after that, action will follow.
  • Flat owners must park in the basement, not the open parking zone.

The AOA says the crackdown is essential to maintain tighter security and prevent unauthorized entry into the residential complex.
