Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Visiting Meerut, In-Charge Minister Dharmpal Singh strongly condemned the shocking murder in Kapsadh village of Sardhana, calling it “reprehensible” and promising strict action against the perpetrators. Speaking to the media at the Circuit House, he said that the accused would not be spared, regardless of their caste, religion, or social identity, and assured full support to the victim’s family.
Singh explicitly stated that heinous crimes like abduction followed by murder will not be tolerated under any circumstances. “No guilty person in this case will be spared,” he emphasized.
The minister described the incident as “deeply shameful and disturbing for society” and said the government is taking it very seriously. He directed the police to conduct a thorough investigation without any negligence, ensuring all leads are pursued and the accused are apprehended quickly. “Law and order will not be compromised,” he asserted.
Singh also attacked opposition parties, accusing them of trying to politicize the sensitive case for their own gain. “The government’s sole focus is to deliver justice to the victim’s family, not engage in political point-scoring. Politicizing such cases is highly unfortunate, and the public is watching,” he added.
Targeting SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav, Singh remarked, “During the Samajwadi Party’s rule, criminals were protected, and that is why crime spiraled out of control. Now, the situation has completely changed—no criminal, regardless of influence or identity, can escape the law.”
He reiterated that the government does not act based on caste, community, or political affiliation. “A criminal is a criminal, and the law is equal for all,” Singh said, assuring that an impartial investigation would be conducted and justice delivered to the victim’s family in all circumstances.
