Nikki Bhati Murder Case: Cylinder Explosion and Suicide Theories Debunked, Full Pre-Planned Murder Uncovered

Greater Noida:
In a major breakthrough in the high-profile Nikki Bhati murder case of Sirsa village, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Kasna Kotwali police have filed a detailed charge sheet of over 500 pages in court, bringing an end to months of speculation and heated debates on social media.

For the past two months, the case had fueled widespread discussions, claims, and accusations online, with both sides blaming each other’s families. According to sources, the previously suggested suicide theory has been proven false during the investigation. With the filing of the charge sheet, the matter will now proceed under the judicial process.

Accused and Investigation Findings:
The charge sheet names Nikki’s husband Vipin Bhati, her brother-in-law Rohit Bhati, father-in-law Satveer, and mother-in-law Daya as the accused. All four are alleged to have conspired together to commit the crime. Investigations revealed that domestic disputes and Nikki and her sister’s habit of posting videos on Instagram angered the in-laws. Despite repeated warnings to stop, the videos continued, escalating tensions and leading to the murder.

On August 21, Nikki Bhati was allegedly set on fire during a violent altercation. She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The police included hospital memos, crime scene investigation reports, soil samples, burnt clothing, thinner bottles, lighters, and viral social media videos in the charge sheet. FSL reports confirmed the presence of flammable substances.

Pre-Planned Murder Strategy:
According to the father-in-law, the accused—Vipin Bhati, Satveer, Daya, and Rohit—carefully planned the murder. They devised a strategy to appear at different locations to mislead investigators. Mobile location data, CCTV footage, and call records helped uncover the conspiracy. The case has sparked discussions on social and familial relationships, with social media rife with opinions, often spreading misleading information.

Cylinder Explosion Theory Debunked:
The charge sheet also reveals that claims of Nikki being burned due to a cylinder explosion were fabricated by the accused. No evidence of a cylinder blast was found at the scene or in the hospital records. Even Nikki’s husband Vipin Bhati’s presence at the scene has been verified and included in the charge sheet, with timings corroborating the sequence of events.

The comprehensive charge sheet now paints a clear picture of a meticulously planned murder, dispelling prior rumors of accidental death or suicide, and sets the stage for legal proceedings to bring the accused to justice.
