Narsinghpur Hotel Heist: Manager Behind ₹80 Lakh Robbery, Hired Gang to Carry Out Crime

Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh: The mystery behind the ₹80 lakh robbery at Kusum Valley Hotel in Narsinghpur has been solved. Police have revealed that the mastermind behind the heist was none other than the hotel’s night manager. He, along with his accomplices, orchestrated the robbery and even hired a gang of four outsiders to execute it. The police have arrested all suspects and recovered ₹60 lakh so far.

Robbery Details
According to Narsinghpur SP Dr. Rishikesh Meena, the armed robbery took place around 2:30 AM when four masked men entered the hotel, attacked the staff, and stole ₹80 lakh in cash. Police arrived promptly after receiving information and began investigating the scene. CCTV footage, along with physical and technical evidence, helped the police uncover the plot. Investigators found that the crime scene had been deliberately staged to mislead authorities.

Manager’s Role and Arrest
The hotel’s night manager, Chandresh Rajak, admitted during police questioning that he planned the robbery with the help of two employees, Rakesh Shukla and Anuj Balmiki. Rajak was aware of the cash stored in the hotel and coordinated the plan with Monu Banshkar of Narsinghpur, who brought three accomplices from Jabalpur to execute the heist.

Attempt to Mislead Police
To divert suspicion, the conspirators even staged an attack on Rajak himself. All four hired robbers have been arrested, and ₹60 lakh has been recovered from them. The three accomplices from Jabalpur have also been detained, and efforts are ongoing to recover the remaining cash.

Police continue to investigate the case to ensure all culprits are brought to justice.
