Mystery Surrounds Patna Student’s Death: CCTV Footage Withheld, Family Suspects Foul Play

A shocking incident in Phulwarisharif, Patna, has left a 12th-grade student dead under suspicious circumstances. The girl reportedly fell from the fourth floor of an apartment housing a private coaching institute. Her family has raised serious concerns over the handling of the case, alleging that both the apartment and coaching management deliberately withheld CCTV footage for two hours. Visible injuries on the body before the funeral have further fueled suspicions of possible murder and attempted sexual assault.

According to the student’s family, when they demanded to see the footage to understand the events leading to her death, they were denied access for two hours, creating tension and protests outside the apartment. Only after police intervention were the family members allowed to view the recordings. This has raised questions about what the management might have been trying to hide, as initial reviews of the footage reportedly indicate the presence of some suspicious individuals at the time of the incident.

How Did the Student Fall from the Fourth Floor?

The student’s family has questioned how she fell from the fourth floor when the coaching classes are held on the first floor. Her brother stated that if she was attending classes, there was no reason for her to go to the higher floor. Observing the scene, the family suspects that she may not have fallen accidentally but was pushed from above, possibly after resisting an attempted assault.
