
New Delhi: In a dramatic early morning operation, Delhi Police conducted an encounter resulting in the arrest of Ankit, a notorious gangster associated with the Bhau gang. The incident unfolded on a city street, and visuals from the scene show over ten police personnel present, highlighting the seriousness of the operation.

Ankit, who sustained injuries during the encounter, was taken into police custody. Authorities believe that his interrogation could reveal crucial information about gang activities. Videos from the scene show a motorcycle lying on the road, with Delhi Police and FSL teams nearby, underlining the intensity of the operation.
Bhau Gang’s Background
The Bhau gang traces its roots to Himanshu Bhau, a resident of Ritouli village in Rohtak district, Haryana. Himanshu entered the criminal world during his school and college days, committing his first crimes at just 17 years old.
Red Corner Notice at 21
By the age of 21, Himanshu Bhau had become so notorious that Interpol issued a Red Corner Notice against him. Currently, 17 cases are registered against him under serious charges. A reward of ₹2.5 lakh has been announced for information leading to his arrest. At present, Himanshu is believed to be operating the gang from abroad, while Indian authorities continue to track his activities closely.
