Lucknow: For residents eagerly awaiting residential plots, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced an exciting opportunity. The LDA Vice-Chairman, Prathamesh Kumar, stated that the Anant Nagar scheme, being developed over 785 acres along Mohan Road, aims to fulfill the housing dreams of nearly 150,000 people.

Registration Details
The LDA will open online registration for 637 residential plots in the Anant Nagar scheme starting Saturday. Interested applicants can register through the official website until 12 January 2026. Plot allotment will be carried out via a lottery system to ensure fairness.

The Anant Nagar scheme is being developed using an international grid pattern standard. Wide roads, underground electricity cables, and modern infrastructure are being incorporated. A significant portion of the area will feature an Edutech City, alongside parks and green spaces spread across approximately 130 acres.

Previously, 666 plots were allotted through a lottery system in the first two phases of the scheme across the Akash and Adarsh sectors. In this new phase, registration is being opened for 617 plots in Akash sector and 20 plots in Adarsh sector.

Applicants must log in to registration.lda.lucknow.in to purchase the registration booklet. A 5% registration fee of the estimated plot value must be submitted to complete the registration process.
