Major Reshuffle Likely in Rajasthan Youth Congress; 18 District Presidents Served Notices, Action Expected Against 40 Leaders

Jaipur: After the Rajasthan Congress announced a major overhaul by appointing 45 new district presidents, signs of an equally significant shake-up are now emerging within the Rajasthan Youth Congress.
Youth Congress State President Abhimanyu Poonia has made it clear that only active and committed leaders will continue to hold organisational responsibilities.

18 District Youth Presidents Issued Notices

Taking a firm stand on organisational discipline, the Youth Congress has issued notices to 18 district presidents whose performance is under review.
Poonia stated that officials who remain inactive despite holding positions will soon be relieved of their duties. The party is reportedly preparing to take action against more than 40 leaders who have failed to deliver on their organisational responsibilities.

He emphasized that only those who work actively for the organization will retain their posts, signalling a strict performance-based restructuring.

Party Unity and Mission 2028

In his address, Poonia dismissed any speculation of factionalism within the party, asserting that the Congress remains “completely united” as it works toward its Mission 2028.
He also criticized the BJP, accusing it of pursuing anti-people policies and claimed that the Congress is consistently fighting against these through continuous movements and campaigns.

New ‘Ghar-Ghar Dastak’ Campaign Soon

Revealing future plans, Poonia announced that Rajasthan Youth Congress is set to launch a new mass outreach initiative—‘Ghar-Ghar Dastak Abhiyan’.
This campaign aims to build direct communication with the public and strengthen the party’s presence at the grassroots level.
