Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh: A duty doctor at Khujner Community Health Centre was brutally attacked by the relatives of a patient, leaving him with serious head injuries that required 20 stitches. Four individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Incident Details
Dr. Vishal Sisodia was covering rounds in the maternity ward in place of Dr. Sheila Singh, who was on leave. During his visit, a large number of relatives of the patient, Payal Verma, had gathered in the ward. When Dr. Sisodia asked the crowd to step outside to maintain order, a dispute erupted with the patient’s husband, brother-in-law, and other family members.

Following the assault, hospital staff went on strike, halting all work and demanding strict action against the attackers.
Arrests Made
Police have filed a case against Satish (son of Dinesh Meghwal), Sachin (son of Dinesh), and Dinesh (son of Bhanwar Lal), all residents of Sedri, under charges of assault and obstruction of government duties.
