The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the construction of a premium high-rise residential project in the heart of the city. The proposed 27-storey luxury apartment complex, ‘Aishbagh Square’, will come up on Mill Road in the Aishbagh area, offering modern housing in one of Old Lucknow’s most densely populated localities.
According to official orders issued by LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, online registration for the flats will remain open from January 29 to February 28, 2026, and applications will be accepted exclusively through the authority’s official website.
Project Overview
The project will feature 384 luxury apartments, each with an approximate carpet area of 1,900 square feet. Applicants will be required to deposit 5 per cent of the estimated flat cost as registration amount, while candidates belonging to reserved categories will need to deposit 2.5 per cent.
Allotment will be conducted through a transparent lottery system, the LDA said.
Prime Location and Connectivity
The Vice-Chairman stated that Aishbagh Square will enjoy a prime location with excellent connectivity. The project site is located close to Charbagh Railway Station, Metro Station, and major commercial centres such as Naka, Alambagh, and Aminabad.
He added that large residential developments are rarely feasible in this part of Old Lucknow, making the project especially significant for meeting urban housing demand.
Four Towers, Modern Facilities
Spread across nearly 17,910 square metres, the project will consist of four towers, each rising 27 floors high. The apartments will be offered in 3 BHK with study configuration, with prices starting from ₹1.11 crore.
OSD Devansh Trivedi said the residential complex will provide a wide range of modern amenities, including a swimming pool, landscaped parks, clubhouse, kids’ play area, full power backup, and parking facilities for more than 600 vehicles. Commercial shops will also be developed within the campus to meet daily needs.
Payment Plan and Timeline
The construction of Aishbagh Square is targeted to be completed within three years, while possession of flats will be handed over to allottees within five years.
After allotment, buyers will be allowed to pay the remaining amount in 36 monthly instalments. Additionally, buyers opting to clear the full payment within 45 to 90 days will be eligible for a discount ranging from 4 to 6 per cent, officials said.
With its central location, high-rise design, and premium amenities, Aishbagh Square is expected to attract strong interest from homebuyers seeking luxury living in Lucknow.
