Khatushyamji Temple Closed for 19 Hours on 26th November; Devotees Advised to Reschedule Visits

Sikar, Rajasthan: Devotees planning a visit to the famous Khatushyamji Temple are advised to adjust their schedules as the temple will remain closed for 19 hours on 26th November due to the Tilak Mahotsav and special religious ceremonies.

Temple Closure Details

The temple management has announced that darshan will be suspended from 10 PM on 25th November until 5 PM on 26th November. The extended closure is part of traditional rituals and special preparations following Amavasya. Darshan will resume after 5 PM on 26th November.

Previous Extended Closures

This is not the first time the temple has been closed for an extended period. In October, due to cleaning, Diwali preparations, and special celebrations, the temple gates were closed for the majority of the day on multiple occasions, causing inconvenience to devotees.

Committee Appeals to Devotees

Temple committee members, including Santosh Singh and Manavendra Singh Chauhan, have requested devotees not to visit the temple on the morning of 26th November to avoid crowding and disruption of arrangements. Daily, thousands of devotees from across India and abroad visit Khatushyamji Temple, and during weekends or festivals, this number can reach hundreds of thousands. Special no-vehicle zones are also enforced during festivals, often resulting in traffic jams.

Plan Your Visit Accordingly

Devotees planning to visit Khatushyamji Temple in the near future are advised to schedule their journey after 5 PM on 26th November to ensure smooth and blessed darshan. The temple committee has urged visitors to share this information with fellow devotees to prevent inconvenience due to the extended closure.
