Indore Woman Shocked as Parcel Contains Pistol and Threat Letter

Indore, February 3:
A resident of Dwarkapuri, Indore, Manisha Patel, received a shocking parcel on Monday morning at around 7:30 am. Upon opening it, she found a locally made pistol along with a threatening letter. The note warned that her family had accumulated substantial wealth and now faced an imminent attack.

The Indore police have taken the weapon and the parcel for forensic examination. CCTV footage from the area is being reviewed to identify the sender and track their movements. Authorities are investigating whether the incident stems from a past enmity or is part of a deliberate attempt to intimidate the family.

DCP Anand Kaladgi advised citizens to exercise extreme caution while receiving parcels from unknown sources. Police are also verifying if the pistol is real or a replica.
