
Jodhpur: A Mumbai-bound IndiGo flight from Jodhpur Airport made an emergency return just minutes after takeoff on Wednesday, causing a stir at the airport. The unusual incident, however, ended on a positive note thanks to the quick decision-making by the flight crew.

According to reports, IndiGo Flight 6E-674 departed Jodhpur around 3:30 PM. Shortly after takeoff, cabin crew were alerted that a young child on board was feeling unwell. Recognizing the urgency, the crew immediately informed the pilot. To avoid any risk, the pilot contacted air traffic control and decided to return to Jodhpur Airport.
Emergency Services Ready on Runway
Airport authorities were alerted in advance, and an ambulance was ready on the runway as the flight landed safely. The child, accompanied by their parents, was rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention. Timely intervention reportedly stabilized the child’s condition.
