Hydrogen Balloon Explodes on BJYM Stage in Ujjain, President and Workers Fall

Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh: A dramatic incident occurred during the welcome rally of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) State President Shyam Tailor, when a hydrogen-filled balloon exploded on the stage. The loud blast caused panic among attendees, and several people, including President Tailor, fell to the ground. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.

Blast Causes Chaos on Stage
The accident took place as President Tailor made his first visit to Ujjain. Multiple welcome stages had been set up from Nanakheda to the BJP office to mark the occasion. As the presidential convoy reached the Sanwer Road area near Do Talab, an explosive incident shocked the crowd.

According to reports, BJYM State Treasurer Jayant Rao Garud had prepared a welcome stage where Tailor was being felicitated. A large garland was placed around his neck, and flower petals were showered. President Tailor was handed a mace, while a worker was holding a bunch of small hydrogen-filled balloons intended to be released by Tailor.

Explosion Just Seconds Before Release
Moments before Tailor could release the balloons, the bunch unexpectedly exploded with a loud bang and bright flash. Panic ensued on stage as some youth fell off the platform, and a few others were knocked down on the stage itself. President Tailor also fell but was immediately assisted and safely lifted.

No Serious Injuries
Thankfully, the explosion caused only minor injuries to some individuals, and no one suffered serious harm. The situation was quickly brought under control, with officials confirming that the balloon bunch had burst unexpectedly. The incident ended without further disruption, and the rally resumed shortly afterward.
