Husband Who Killed Wife to Stage Suicide Found Dead; Children Revealed the Truth

In a shocking turn of events in Ranchi, the body of Saheb Ansari, who had been on the run after allegedly murdering his wife, has been recovered. On 24 January, Ansari reportedly shot his wife, Tarannum alias Rani, and fled the scene.

Crime and Conspiracy Uncovered

The gruesome incident took place in the Doranda police station area of Jharkhand’s capital. Investigations revealed that Ansari, father of three, was allegedly involved in an extramarital relationship. When his wife confronted him over the affair, an argument escalated, culminating in Ansari fatally shooting her with an illegal pistol.

In a desperate attempt to mislead authorities, Ansari tried to stage the murder as a suicide by placing the pistol in Rani’s hands. However, his plan failed as his children had witnessed the entire incident, providing the crucial testimony that led police to pursue him.

Body Recovered, Investigation Continues

On Wednesday morning, Ansari’s body was discovered in a room near his residence in Manitola, Doranda, sending shockwaves through the neighborhood. Upon receiving the report, Hatia DSP P.K. Mishra and the Doranda police team arrived at the scene, secured the body, and began investigations.

Authorities are now examining the circumstances surrounding Ansari’s death. While his recovery has provided answers about his whereabouts, it also means that a key piece of evidence in the ongoing case may have been lost.
