“Horrific Gang-Rape of 14-Year-Old Girl in Puducherry; Four Juveniles in Custody”

Puducherry: In a shocking incident, a 14-year-old schoolgirl in Puducherry was gang-raped by four individuals, including her boyfriend. All four accused have been taken into police custody, and an investigation is underway.

According to police, the ninth-grade student had gone to meet her boyfriend in Bahour. When she failed to return home by evening, her parents began searching for her. After inquiries with friends proved futile, they filed a missing person report at Bahour Police Station.

Police launched a search operation and discovered the girl being held hostage in a house in the city. She was rescued and sent for a medical examination. Authorities stated that the victim’s boyfriend and his friends had locked her in a room and sexually assaulted her. The girl was found unconscious when police arrived at the scene.

The accused, all around 17 years old and school dropouts, were reportedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crime. Police are also searching for two other suspects, aged 19 and a minor, who were allegedly aware of the kidnapping but not directly involved in the assault.
