He’ll Pluck Your Eyes Out’: Heated Exchange Between Parcel Superintendent and RPF Personnel in Mau Goes Viral

Mau (UP): A heated confrontation between a parcel superintendent and an RPF personnel at Mau Railway Station has caught public attention after a video of the incident went viral on social media. In the clip, the parcel superintendent, speaking in Bhojpuri, threatens the RPF personnel, saying: “My name is Rajesh Singh, Parcel Superintendent, Mau. I’ll pluck your eyes out. I’ll pluck your eyes. You don’t know how to talk properly.”

The RPF personnel, Amit Kumar Yadav, a resident of Ghosi, Mau, and posted in Usalapur, Chhattisgarh, had visited the station on February 7 along with colleagues to get refrigerators, washing machines, and other items packed for transport. A dispute arose between Amit and the parcel superintendent over the packing of the items. Amit’s colleagues recorded part of the argument and later shared it on social media.

Parcel Superintendent Responds
Rajesh Singh, who has been serving the railways for over 30 years, told NBT Online that he had never had such a dispute before. He explained that the items Amit brought were fragile and needed proper packing, which he advised. According to Singh, Amit pressured him to send the items without proper packing at a lower cost and then began verbally abusing him, prompting his angry response. He added that the video posted online was partial and did not capture the full context of the exchange.

RPF Statement
AK Singh, RPF in-charge of Mau, stated that the matter is under review. “No formal written complaint has been received from either side yet. Once a report is submitted, appropriate action will be taken,” he said.

This incident has sparked a debate over staff conduct at railway stations and the responsibility of passengers and officials to maintain decorum during disputes.
