Sikar/Haryana: Shyam devotees from Rajasthan and Haryana have a reason to rejoice as a new direct bus service to the famous Khatu Shyamji Temple in Sikar district has been inaugurated. The service, connecting half a dozen towns across both states, promises a convenient and hassle-free journey for pilgrims and will significantly improve connectivity for visitors traveling from Haryana to Rajasthan.

Direct Service to Khatu Shyamji Starts

The launch coincided with the inauguration of a new bus depot in Nangal Chaudhary, Haryana, from where Haryana Roadways has introduced a daily bus service to Khatu Shyamji. The service has already created a festive atmosphere at the bus stand, with devotees welcoming drivers and conductors with flower garlands, calling it a long-awaited initiative.

The bus departs from the Narnaul depot and follows this route:
Narnaul → Nangal Chaudhary → Luzota → Shahbazpur → Dostpur → Dokhera → Dalpatpura → Rampura → Rajasthan: Kharkada → Patan → Neemkathana → Chala → Khandela Mod → Palsana → Khatu Shyamji Temple

This route benefits not only pilgrims but also villagers, traders, and daily commuters traveling across these towns.

The fare from Nangal Chaudhary to Khatu Shyamji is ₹130, providing an affordable alternative to costly taxis or multiple transfers via other bus services. The bus stays overnight in Narnaul and resumes its daily journey the following morning.
