The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a major premium housing project in the heart of the city, offering residents a rare opportunity to own luxury apartments in one of Old Lucknow’s most sought-after locations.
The project, named “Aishbagh Square”, will come up on Mill Road in Aishbagh and will feature 27-storey residential towers equipped with modern lifestyle amenities. According to official plans, the project will comprise 384 luxury flats, each spread over approximately 1,900 square feet.
The LDA has opened online registration for the flats till February 20, 2026, through its official website. Applicants will be required to deposit 5 per cent of the estimated flat cost as registration amount, while candidates belonging to reserved categories will need to deposit 2.5 per cent. The allotment of flats will be done through a lottery system.
Prime Location and Excellent Connectivity
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar said that Aishbagh Square will enjoy prime connectivity despite being located in a densely populated part of the city where large residential developments are rare.
The project is situated close to Charbagh Railway Station, Metro Station, and major commercial hubs such as Naka, Alambagh and Aminabad, making it one of the most strategically located housing schemes in Lucknow.
He added that the project received approval only after a successful online demand survey, which indicated strong interest from homebuyers.
World-Class Amenities
OSD Devansh Trivedi informed that the residential complex will offer a wide range of modern amenities, including a swimming pool, landscaped parks, clubhouse, kids’ play area, full power backup, and parking space for over 600 vehicles.
To cater to daily commercial needs, retail shops will also be developed within the complex.
Construction Timeline
The construction of Aishbagh Square is targeted to be completed within three years, while possession of flats will be handed over to allottees within five years.
After allotment, buyers will be required to pay the remaining amount in 36 monthly instalments.
Project Details
The project will be developed over an area of approximately 17,910 square metres and will consist of four towers, each rising up to 27 floors.
The apartments will be offered in 3 BHK with study configuration, with prices starting from ₹1.11 crore.
With limited inventory and a prime city-centre location, the project is expected to attract strong interest from prospective homebuyers seeking premium living in Lucknow.
