Job seekers in Patna have a unique chance to secure employment as the Bihar Government, under the Youth, Employment, and Skill Development Department, is organising a two-day free employment fair at the Niyojan Bhawan. This initiative is part of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s mission-mode effort to provide jobs and empower the youth.
The fair will be held on Tuesday, January 6, and Saturday, January 10, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Thousands of youth are expected to benefit, with positions available at major companies.

Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd. will recruit for Field Sales Executive and Senior Field Sales Executive positions. Eligibility: 12th pass, aged 18–30 years. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹14,900 to ₹22,000.
January 10, 2026
Paytm will conduct recruitment for Field Sales Executive roles. Eligibility: 12th pass, aged 18–40 years, with a salary range of ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
Both fairs will take place at: Sub-Regional Planning Office, 6th Floor, A-Block, Niyojan Bhawan, Income Tax Golambar, Patna – 800001.
Applicants must bring: Copies of educational certificates, résumé, PAN card, and Aadhaar card to avail the free job fair opportunities.
