New Delhi: A 20-year-old girl jumped from the fourth floor of a hotel in Delhi on Friday afternoon, leaving her in critical condition. The incident reportedly occurred after a heated argument with a 22-year-old boy she had checked into the hotel with.
According to the police, the incident took place around 1 PM near Santosh Residency. A call was received at the Farsh Bazar Police Station reporting that a girl had jumped from the hotel. Police rushed to the scene and immediately took her to a nearby hospital, where she is currently undergoing treatment for serious injuries.
The caller informed the authorities that the girl and the boy had checked in together. A disagreement escalated, prompting the girl to leap from the fourth-floor window in a fit of anger. Police have launched an investigation into the matter.
