boost revenue and fast-track stalled developments, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has decided to establish a dedicated Marketing Cell to sell its unsold properties and give fresh momentum to upcoming projects.
According to officials, the new Marketing Cell will focus on branding GDA properties, promoting project features, and simplifying the home-buying process for customers. The initiative aims to address the long-pending issue of GDA properties worth crores of rupees that have remained unsold for several years.
To ensure professional execution, the Marketing Cell will be staffed through outsourcing, with experienced marketing experts entrusted with attracting buyers, showcasing project advantages, and closing sales effectively.
In addition, GDA is set to hire a separate professional team for project planning and preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs). This team will leverage modern software and advanced technologies to design projects swiftly and efficiently, enabling timely execution and completion.
“The formation of a dedicated marketing cell will help accelerate the sale of properties, while professional planning and DPR teams will ensure that projects are launched and completed within stipulated timelines,” said Nand Kishore Kalal, Vice Chairman, GDA.
With this dual strategy of professional marketing and technology-driven planning, GDA expects a significant improvement in revenue generation and overall project delivery, paving the way for faster urban development in Ghaziabad.
