The celebrated astronaut, known worldwide for her space missions and for inspiring millions, appeared in a simple peach-colored T-shirt as she chatted with the shop’s patrons and sipped a tall glass of falooda with evident relish. She also captured the moment on video, sharing it with her social media followers.

What is Falooda?
For those unfamiliar, falooda is a classic Indian cold dessert made with sweetened milk, vermicelli, basil seeds, rose syrup, and ice cream. Slightly messy, vibrantly colorful, and refreshingly indulgent, it is typically enjoyed on hot afternoons or during festive occasions.
