
Nalanda, Bihar: A shocking incident has rattled the popular tourist destination of Rajgir in Bihar, where four tourists were found dead under suspicious circumstances. All four were discovered hanging inside a room at the Digambar Dharamshala. Authorities suspect suicide.
Discovery of the Tragic Scene
According to reports, the tourists had reportedly taken their lives two days prior. The grim discovery was made after a foul odor emanating from the room alerted nearby people. Upon receiving the information, Rajgir Station Officer Raman Kumar and DSP Sunil Kumar Singh rushed to the scene.
Tourists Traced to Bengaluru
Preliminary investigation revealed that the tourists’ mobile phones contained a Bengaluru contact number, indicating that the group had likely traveled from Karnataka to Rajgir in Nalanda district.
Investigation Underway
The exact reason behind the alleged suicides is yet to be determined. A forensic team has arrived at the Dharamshala to conduct a detailed investigation. Authorities are examining all possible angles to uncover the circumstances leading to this tragic incident.
