Four Members of a Family Brutally Murdered in Daylight in Etah, Blood-Soaked Bodies Found Inside Home

Etah (Uttar Pradesh): In a shocking and spine-chilling incident, four members of a single family were brutally murdered in broad daylight after unidentified assailants stormed into their house in Etah’s Kotwali Nagar area on Monday. The gruesome crime, which took place in Mohalla Nagla Premi, has triggered widespread panic and fear across the locality.

According to police, the attackers entered the residence of Ganga Singh (75) and launched a deadly assault using sharp-edged weapons. Ganga Singh, Ratna (42) — wife of Kamal Singh — and Jyoti (20) — daughter of Kamal Singh — were killed on the spot. Ganga Singh’s wife, Shyama Devi (70), who sustained critical head injuries, later succumbed during treatment.

Blood-Soaked Scene, Brutal Injuries

When police reached the spot, the bodies were found lying on beds and the floor, soaked in blood. Shyama Devi’s head was badly smashed, while the other victims also bore deep and severe injury marks. Preliminary investigations suggest that all four were murdered with sharp weapons.

A forensic team and a dog squad were rushed to the scene and are currently collecting evidence to help trace the attackers.

Grandson’s Horrific Discovery

The horrifying crime came to light when Devansh, the grandson of Ganga Singh, returned home from school and found the main door open. On entering the house, he saw the blood-soaked bodies lying motionless. Shocked by the sight, the child screamed and ran outside to raise an alarm. Neighbours rushed to the spot and immediately informed the police.

Area Sealed, Manhunt Launched

Following the incident, Kotwali Nagar police along with senior officers reached the crime scene. The entire area has been cordoned off and sealed. Police teams have launched a massive search operation to identify and arrest the culprits.

Investigators are also scanning CCTV footage from nearby cameras to trace the movement of suspects and establish a sequence of events.

Police officials said that all possible angles — including personal enmity, robbery, and internal disputes — are being examined to determine the motive behind the massacre.

The brutal killings have left the residents of Nagla Premi in shock, with fear gripping the neighborhood as police continue their probe into one of the most horrific crimes the district has witnessed in recent years.
