Greater Noida: Homebuyers looking for residences near workplaces have reason to celebrate as Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL) launches its first-ever group housing project in the Integrated Industrial Township under the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The project will feature multi-story residential societies on four large plots, offering over 10,000 modern flats.
The township follows a unique Live–Work–Play concept, integrating offices, homes, and markets in a single complex. This design will significantly reduce commuting time for thousands of employees, making the “walk-to-work” idea a reality.
Industrial activity in IITGNL has been growing rapidly, with more than 26 major companies already investing in the area. To meet the rising residential demand, the authority has launched this group housing scheme for the first time.
The four plots, ranging from 34,573 sq.m. to 93,905 sq.m., will be allotted through e-auction. The upcoming societies will offer flats equipped with modern amenities, supported by world-class infrastructure including electricity, water, roads, and drainage.
Registration for the scheme began on 2 February, with applications closing on 23 February. Authorities expect strong participation from real estate developers and investors.
Ravi Kumar NG, CEO of IITGNL, said the project will provide on-site housing for employees and help develop the township into a fully integrated residential and industrial hub. He added that the initiative will enhance Greater Noida’s reputation as a smart city and industrial center.
